Vivo Life Super10

SUPER10 brings together the top 10 men & 10 women in an elite individual Superhuman Games competition to find the best athletes in each field.

Using the same structure as the pairs & team functional fitness competition - athletes will take on the five notorious Superhuman Games workouts in one day of competition. Each workout will last 20 minutes & focuses on a particular aspect of fitness - from military-style training and rucking to strongman & CrossFit-style movements, to obstacle course racing and fitness racing, this event brings it all together. The workouts will be released 12 weeks before the event.

Competitors must qualify for the SUPER10 competition via the online qualifier or receive an invite by the event director. Find out more about how to qualify below or you can read the full 2026 information pack here

The Workouts

There are five workouts across the day, each lasting 20 minutes and challenging a different aspect of your fitness. Your goal: complete as many laps as possible of the workout before the clock runs out.

Every year, the Superhuman Games workouts are newly designed and released 12 weeks before the event. While the specific movements change, the themes of each workout remain the same year after year.

Strength & Honour

This workout typically involves heavy lifting but Superhuman-style! You can expect movements like tyre flips, tyre pulls, drags and heavy sandbag work.

Brutal Beat Down

A fast & furious workout using bodyweight and full body movements to test your mobility, grit as well as functional endurance.

Unconventional Beast

A multiple-carry workout using odd objects such as logs, blocks, kegs & more!

Assault Course

Simple - smash out as many laps as possible of our military-style assault course.

VO2 Max

This workout is an all-out lung buster, usually involving running & rucking & hill sprints.
